Elastic Thread

Now that the snow has melted, it's time for summer clothing sewing! One of my favorite go-to quick dresses is a shirred tank dress. Elastic thread, a half yard of fabric and an hour (or less!) and you have a cute summer dress. Never used elastic thread before?
